About this Training

| Day 1 | Introduction to PRINCE2 Agile®, Agile fundamentals, Agile mindset and behaviours, PRINCE2 overview, Agile frameworks including Scrum, Kanban and Lean, and the PRINCE2 Agile principles. |
| Day 2 | Tailoring the PRINCE2 practices for Agile environments, business justification, planning, risk, quality, change, progress management, and Agile delivery techniques. |
| Day 3 | Tailoring the PRINCE2 processes for Agile projects, governance in Agile environments, focus areas such as communication, rich information, frequent releases and collaboration, followed by exam review, mock exam and certification preparation. |
Prerequisites
There are no prerequisites for attending this course. It is suitable for project managers, Agile practitioners, project team members, business analysts, product owners and professionals looking to combine structured project governance with Agile ways of working.
Exam Information
The official PRINCE2 Agile® Foundation V2 exam consists of 60 multiple-choice questions.
A score of 60% (36/60) is required to pass.
Duration: 60 minutes, closed book.
