About this Training
The Leading SAFe® course introduces the foundations of the Scaled Agile Framework and equips participants with the principles and practices needed to confidently drive a Lean-Agile transformation across teams and the wider organization. The course is built around SAFe's core principles, roles, and templates, and prepares candidates for the official SAFe® 6 Agilist (SA) certification exam.
Learning Objectives
By the end of this training, you will be able to:
- Adopt the mindset of a Lean-thinking, servant leader
- Apply the values and principles of a Lean-Agile mindset
- Apply SAFe's Lean and Agile principles to the roles and practices of the framework
- Build high-performing teams and Agile Release Trains around a shared mission
- Lead a transformation using the SAFe Implementation Roadmap
- Support PI Planning and the key events of Program execution
- Drive Release on Demand through the Continuous Delivery Pipeline
- Align strategy and execution through Strategic Themes and Lean Portfolio Management
- Prepare for and pass the official SAFe® 6 Agilist (SA) exam

| Day 2 | PI Planning and Program execution, the Continuous Delivery Pipeline and Release on Demand, Lean Portfolio Management and Strategic Themes, exam preparation, sample questions and mock exam |
Prerequisites
There are no formal prerequisites to attend the training.
Exam Information
The official SAFe® 6 Agilist (SA) exam consists of 45 objective test questions.
A score of 80% is required to pass.
Duration: 90 minutes.
